Furnished Room for rent in a 3 bed 2.5 bath detached house in Chappelle (Heritage Valley) close to the airport. All the utilities are included in rent.

House is big and spacious and fully furnished. It also has a living space upstairs and downstairs. Other features include office, garage for storage, backyard with a deck. Basement is rented out separately.

We are looking for clean and respectful working professional or student.

We will require previous references and proof of employment.

There’s 3 people at the moment living in house.

1. Girl (22) new pilot on two week on, one week off schedule.
2. Guy (29) new pilot up north also on two week on, one week off schedule
3. Guy (30) oil field worker, 3 week on, 3 day off schedule. We are mostly working out of town and barely home. Looking for a responsible and clean roommate.
