Michaela's room

I have a spacious bedroom in a 2 bed, 1 bath main floor rental in Sunridge. It will be available May 1st/23! There are tenants in the basement, whom we share a large backyard and laundry with. The home has lots of natural light, a balcony, and street parking available. All utilities are included in the rent; however, wifi is extra (around $30 per month).

The common area is furnished, but you are more than welcome to bring your own things too! The bedroom will come unfinished.

I am going into my 4th year at the university, studying neuroscience. In my spare time I often bake, cook, read, and spend lots of time outdoors. I’m incredibly clean, quiet, and don’t smoke, nor party.

My dog is a 2 year old German shepherd mix, but he’s rather small for his breed (only 45 lbs)! He’s full of life and energy; however, he tends to slow down and be more relaxed once he’s comfortable with you.
