About the room
This is a long term rental/roommate situation only. You will have to be added to my lease, term ends March 1st 2024. 11 months.
Unfurnished room for rent in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. Separate bathroom across the hall from the bedroom is yours with the room. Apartment has in suite laundry, full kitchen with dishwasher, and a decent amount of storage space.
Rent is $800/month, internet is $50/month. Hydro split is $50-75 every two months.
Work and rental references required, tenancy is subject to landlord’s approval.
Sadly, the apartment is not pet friendly. Landlord’s wishes, not mine.
No smoking in the apartment, smoking on property is fine. I’m 420 friendly, but the apartment is not. Also 🏳️🌈 friendly. No parties, please.
