This is an ad for a sublet from May 1st to August 11th. Looking for a female roommate to share an apartment with two Emily Carr University Students. The room and bathroom is shared with one roommate who will be absent for most of the summer. Although the roommates will be gone for most of the summer, they will be visiting periodically and will return at the beginning of August. The apartment has a beautiful view on the 25th floor and is a one-minute walk from the Main Street/ science world train station. We are open to any women that are interested.

*The Sublet is from May 1st to August 11th. We can negotiate month to month lease after August.

Utilities include a washing machine and a dryer, a full kitchen with an oven.

Wifi is around 33 dollars a month, and BC hydro is around 20 dollars a month (for summer) Water and gas are covered by the landlord.

The room comes with a mattress, a box frame, a nightstand, and a drawer. The apartment faces east so it does not get super hot in the evenings. The apartment comes fully furnished with a couch, tv, and dining set.

The apartment has a gym, a pool, and a balcony.

My other roomate who has her own room, her name is Karena. She is 18 years old also going to Emily Carf University of Art and Design. She has the most laid back chill personality ever. Very friendly and extremely tidy and organized.
