Hello! We are finding people for our private room in a 3bhk property in the main location downtown(2 stops away from Dundas square & Eaton center). It is available from February 1st, 2024. The room is partially furnished with a bed, we are friendly, clean, considerate, and fun people, looking for like-minded and open-minded individuals, who could adjust and understand the roommate algorithm and be nice to everyone and CLEAN!!!! ANIMALS MOST WELCOME, so excited to meet you. Here are certain rules we would follow:

• Weekly cleaning schedules
• Being considerate of others personal space and not being noisy
• Keeping the house clean and throwing out garbage frequently
• Visitors only once or twice a month are allowed with prior notice.
• if you have a pet, we wouldn’t mind as long as you take proper care to keep the shared space clean of the pet hair.

the 3 bhk currently have 4 people living, some are working, some students, all in their early & the mid-20s, clean fun, and respectful people who understand boundaries and privacy and are helpful! :)
