My boyfriend and I are planning on moving to a 3 bed, 3 bath space in Whitby Shores area. Walking distance from the lakefront. Open to single persons (800 plus 1/3 utilities) or couple ($1200 plus 1/2 utilities). You will get the second biggest bedroom and your own full bath. No dogs because our cats will be terrified, open to a single cat (if it is good with other cats and healthy). I’m 23, he’s 26. We both work full time. We’re VERY clean and value having a positive relationship with our roommates! Our ideal roomie would be: -clean!!! -has references and a decent credit score -works full time -chill to be around :) we can be friends!

We both work full time. He does renos, I work from home. The third bedroom will be converted into an office. We have 2 young cats who are extremely affectionate. We live a very clean and organized lifestyle and expect the same.
