April's room

Located in a quiet, residential area that is close to Southgate mall. Newly renovated building with a gym and communal space. Laundry rooms available on each floor. Large balcony with a great view. Master bedroom has a walk in closet and an ensuite.

I am an 18 year old art student studying at UofA. Music, writing and art are my main hobbies but I always enjoy watching movies, thrifting and going out. I also have two cats who are very friendly. I strongly value communication, boundaries and shared responsibility when it comes to a living environment since I am a very open minded and understanding individual.
