Maria's room

The condo is located in Stonebridge close (walking distance) to sobeys, dollarama, mc donalds, tims, and others. The condo is partially furnished, and the available room will be the masters. The only utilities not included are wifi and saskpower that come around 60 a month, and comes with a parking spot but no pets (landlord’s rule). The lease will be from July 1st until December 2023.

I am a masters student at Usask, really clean and quiet. I spend most of my time at school or work. I do not smoke so I will like someone similar!
