Quadra Street

**Note-posting for my daughter Gabrielle. Furnishings are not the same as the ones that will be in the house but it will be fully furnished except for your room.

The House: an upper suite of a 2-story house located on Quadra close to Broadmead Village, Royal Oak Shopping Center and bus line number 6. The house has a shared living room with gas fireplace, full kitchen with microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, dining area, washer & dryer, and a large back yard. House is furnished except for bedrooms. Rent per room $1100 plus 1/3 of utilities, parking included.

Looking For: 2 housemates preferably female but open to conversation, between the ages of 21 and 35, that are either working full-time or in school. Someone who is responsible, lighthearted, and over-all just a good person. Someone who likes dogs and doesn’t mind one in common areas.

About Me: female in 20’s sociable and friendly, works full-time mostly daytime hours in the marine tourism industry. I like going out occasionally with friends but also enjoy hanging out around the house watching movies/TV, playing board games, cooking and baking and would enjoy doing these things communally when time and interest permits.

It is very important to me to have a clean home but am not always overly concerned if something is out of its place. All housemates will be responsible for house cleaning and backyard maintenance. It is crucial that each member of the household is respected and able to express themselves openly and honestly.

I have a 3-year-old female Husky/German Sheppard that is a big part of my life and will be a member of the household. She is not a loud barky dog but can be high energy and active. She is extremely sweet and is amazing with people.
