I am seeking 1 female roomie. The rent is 700 a month plus we split wifi.

I moved here in February and my current roomie is moving out for May 1st. So I am looking for someone to take over.

I’d be interested in meeting you first so we can discuss cleaning schedules and just get to know each other a bit since we will be living together.

It’s a 2 bedroom basement near square one mall. Small window in each room. Decent cozy common area space + full kitchen.

Laundry will be either Saturday or Sunday. But I think Sundays work best for the landlord.

So…I am on the hunt for an artsy or nerdy type female? But as long as you are kind and honest I’d be interested in chatting too. MUST be LGBTQ friendly or this Won’t Work !

I have one puppy. It is pet friendly for a dog or cat. But on the smaller side. No big dog unfortunately.

I am into anime, drawing and staying active. I mean clearly you don’t need to be into the same things as me. So if you are interested can you please tell me about yourself ?

The move date is May 1st so I’m looking to meet (you) in April to discuss. Landlord needs ID and first and last for move on date.

It’s just me and my pup. Landlord lives upstairs and has been very nice so far and is fast with communication !
