Hello! I’m looking for a roommate to co-sign a 1-year lease starting on July 1st in a gorgeous 3-bedroom plateau apartment!

Other than the large and bright bedroom, the apartment has a huge living space and renovated kitchen with in-unit washer/dryer, stove, fridge, and dishwasher.

3 minutes from Parc Jeanne-Mance and Provigo. 10 minutes from Station Mont-Royal. 5 minutes from St-Laurent with a smorgasbord of shops and restaurants. You couldn’t find a better location!
