Looking to for a roommate to rent out the other room in my apartment. The room for rent is located at the back of the property with the shared main living area separating the two rooms. The room comes unfurnished. There is a large window with some natural sunlight. Wifi and all hydro and utilities are included in the price.

Accessibility wise there is 4 steps going up to the front door of the apartment but otherwise no stairs, handrail in the shower, not a scent sensitive household

4 Cameras on the property with access to control panel and all views in the basement

Coin Laundry is offered in the basement, there is also a laundromat a 1 minute walk away

Grocery, LCBO, Dispensaries, Convenience stores and more located within a 1-5 minute walk

UofT, OCAD, Ryerson all within a 15 minute commute

I work full time and am gone from 10AM-8PM 5 days a week. When I am home I enjoy cooking, hanging with my 3 cats, doing all kinds of art projects, smoking weed and spending time with friends. I do enjoy my alone time although I am very social and often am on the phone or video chatting with friends if i’m not out spending time with them!

I have 3 cats and take full responsibility for them and keeping the house tidy and feeling fresh when it comes to cat related things
