My fully furnished unit is located in Yaletown, Vancouver (downtown area) My suite has 2 bedrooms, 2 washrooms, and 2 baths. You will have full access to your own private room, your own private washroom, office space, and kitchen/living room and laundry can be shared with me.

I am looking to bring in a female roomate. My roomate will also have access to the WIFI and the gym/sauna/pool downstairs of the apartment if you wish to use it. Your bedroom has a beautiful view. This suite is one of the best locations in Vancouver, surrounded by the best things our city has to offer. There are lots of parks nearby, and coffee shops. Yaletown is beautiful, very friendly and safe neighbourhood. My place is about a 10 minute walk to Yaletown Skytrain, and there are many other skytrains close by. There are lots of restaurant around, and walking distance to the shopping center (pacific centre mall and robson street). There are also banks and clinics, everything pretty much walking distance in downtown Vancouver.

House rules: No smoking Not suitable for pets No parties/events/ or having people over Quiet hours past 11pm.
