5 min walk to bus and Health Science Center. 15 min bus ride to U of W and approximately 10 minutes walk to the U of M, Bannatyne Campus. I have 1 big privet room available which is upstairs.Large enough to add your own mini fridge, small microwave and TV. It comes with a double bed, lamp, bed side table, as well as a futon. It has 2 good size windowsand a very large closet space with sliding mirror doors. The bathroom is also upstairs and will be shared with 2 other prople. There is a common area on the main floor where there’s a kitchen a quiet sitting room full of 🪴plants and a shared living room with a TV. My room is in the basement where I have my 🚽🛁bathroom, livingroom and bedroom. Laundry is also in the basement and will be available once a week or as arranged with you. Added fee of $5 per load.

There are 3 rooms upstairs. One is rented out for March 1st and this one and one other one are still available. I am the owner of the house and work full time at a women’s drop in shelter. Keeping a clean and organized environment is very important to me and I always encourage open friendly communication. If anyone of these interest you please feel free to contact me.
