2 Spacious and bright private rooms available for rent. Queen bed can fit in both rooms. Bathroom will be shared with one or two other tenants. Kitchen and living room will be shared with the other tenant as well as with our family.
Its in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Durham transit stop 1 block away. Minutes away from 401. Walking distance to Goodlife Gym, Walmart, Dollarama, Canadian Tire, Restaurants and SmartCentres Pickering Shopping Mall. Few minutes drive to Pickering Town Centre, Pickering GO Station and No Frills.

We can furnish the rooms for additional $50/month.
