I am a 38 year old (female) working professional looking for someone with a similar lifestyle to share my home with. I work from home 3 days a week & in office 7-3 on a rotation basis. The house is two stories. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms. Shared spaces would be kitchen upstairs and upstairs bathroom for showering. Your room is located on the 1st floor and there is a half bathroom attached. Must be a cat lover, as I do have 3 cats. No more pets are welcome. There is a separate entrance to your space (so the cats don’t bother you), a driveway, garage, and visitor area at the top of the hill. The townhouse is close to Sackville Drive (walking distance to Sobeys, etc.) Rent is month to month. No lease required (except a contract to sign confirming month to month). 1 month up front and due on the 1st of every month. The bedroom is currently furnished with a Queen-sized bed, TV & TV stand, two closets, desk for a computer, and chair but its completely optional (I can store the furniture if you want to bring your own). It is a large space so ideal for lounging and bedroom use. There is also a balcony off of the bedroom which is ground floor. NO SMOKERS! Vaping is okay.
