Located in golden triangle and perfect for students and young professionals who wish to live in the core of Ottawa. My roommate and I are both quiet and clean and so we also expect the same from you when moving in. We currently have two bedrooms available and would like to do a one year lease. This apartment is a 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The two rooms comes in furnished but there is also an option of having it unfurnished. It is less than a block away from Elgin street and it is a 15 minute walk to the university of Ottawa. The rent only includes water so we have to pay our own hydro and wifi. Our landlord does not allow pets so no pets are allowed. If interested feel free to contact me and we can do a showing.
