The price includes internet but no parking as it is limited to one space, seasonal street parking is available if you are looking for a short term stay.

You will be sharing the home with myself a 41 year old (male) professional working a 9-5. The home is a quiet and clean space, I spend most of my time working and hope to find someone similar who is responsible and respectful. I am a non smoker and the place is pet free.
