Hello! I have a three bedroom townhouse condo on the south side of Edmonton (Ellerslie) and I am looking to rent my spare bedroom as of May 1st (negotiable). Its a nice spacious place with Fiber gigabit internet recently installed. You get your own bathroom, shared kitchen space/living room, and space in the garage for storage if you require it. You will also have access to laundry, or if you prefer, there is a laundromat just down the road. Good bus route if you are a student as well. There are lots of shops and other places within walking distance. Looking for someone who doesn’t smoke and is able to keep their space clean. Male/Female, doesn’t matter to me. Parking is available on the street just outside the complex. Students preferred but I’m not all that picky.

My name is Andrew and I work as a consultant for IT related issues and support. It is just me in the house at this time, and I don’t typically host parties, but do sometimes invite friends or family over for special events like birthdays. My hobbies include Biking and building advanced LEGO sets (also playing games on occasion). I like to keep my house clean so hoping for someone who is similar. Usually I will be at home during the evenings but leave during the day for work, so I can be reached by phone if there are any house related issues. Willing to split the cost of house essentials (toiletries, paper towel, soap, etc..)
