Hi guys! My roommate is looking to move out and we will need to find a replacement roommate May (potentially able to move in a bit sooner given the circumstances). The room is $541 a month + shared utilities and internet. It’s a 3 bedroom house which will be shared with myself and another young lady. The lease is up in July, however we may be able to extend it another year with approval. Since we are all girls here we do prefer it be women, but I will not turn down the right person simply due to gender so all feel free to message me. I will send photos upon request. The home is managed by remax so credit checks and pay stubs may be requested for approval.
