Hi everyone, I have a room available in my home. The home is completely furnished and the room comes with a bed, desk and chair.

This property is located on the north side of Fredericton although located directly next to the Westmorland street bridge and next to the walking trail. 15-20 minutes walk downtown.

I am a quiet, mature, working professional. I work from home as an engineer for a renewable energy company. I would prefer another working professional or a higher education student.
