Hello! I am looking to sublet my second floor room in a four-bedroom townhouse from May 1st to August 31st, 2023. It is a fully furnished room and shared bathroom with one other person (shower and tub) in shared house. There will be two more people living in the basement. Laundry, fully stocked kitchen, garage and driveway all shared with the other residents. Furniture in photos included. Rental is close to UBCO - ten-minute drive - with the bus stop less than a two-minute walk from the property. No smoking, no pets, no loud parties - this is a family-friendly neighborhood. Rental price is for both bedrooms, single bedroom rental also available. All utilities and WIFI included in the rent.

This is a fun and quiet university house. Roommates are all students. Like to keep to themselves and are all nightowls.
