Hi There, I am offering a room to rent in a two bedroom townhouse.

The room is quite large and has 2 windows which allows for ample sunlight to enter. The room being unfurnished also means you can decorate it to your own taste.

I can offer a video tour of the place and/or an in person visit. Please message me and after some informal questions we can move ahead.

Amenities around the area:

1. Italian Grocery Store right across the street.
2. Bus Stop outside the house that can be used to go to pioneer village.
3. Maple Go located roughly 2Km from the house.
4. A pleasant, peaceful and safe neighborhood.
5. Shoppers Drugmart is at walking distance from the house.
6. Walmart is located 2Km from the house.
7. The library is walking distance from the house.

What’s included in the rent:

1. Your room.
2. Utilities.
3. 1 car parking spot.
4. 1 shared washroom
5. Microwave, fridge, stove top, oven.
6. Furnished living room.
7. Dryer and washing machine.

A little bit about me: I am a young professional who works for Amazon as an Area manager. I work night shift 4 days a week, so I will be coming in the house very early in the morning. My roommate should be okay with this. Further, I don’t tend to make much noise, I like to keep a clean house but am not overly picky. I do cook a decent bit and being Indian I utilize spices, if you have allergies or in general don’t like the smell then this renting situation may not be ideal for you. Apart from this I am quite accommodating and laid back, I prefer open lines of communication and would expect my roommate and I to deal with problems like grown ups in a respectful manner.

Roommate Preferences:

1. Male
2. Someone who doesn’t smoke or consume weed.
3. A working professional like me or an international student.

*The owner may potentially request a background check and/or an in person meeting before agreeing to rent the place. The potential tenant should be okay with this.

Rent is $1200 CAD and the potential tenant should be ready to move in May 1st.
