I am looking for a suitable roommate to use a spacious, partially furnished (can be unfurnished) ensuite available in a 2nd floor apartment (no elevator). Want someone who’s considerate and respectful, a non-smoker with no drug and cannabis use, non-drinker. -Bedroom: 17’8“ x 11’5“, Connecting Bath: 5’3“ x 6’6“ -Spacious apartment with kitchen, dining and living area; non-carpeted -High-speed internet included. Electricity additional (based on actual bill). Though the apt does not use natural gas, there’s hot water! -Coin-operated laundry facilities shared with one neighbour on the same floor out in the hallway -Bright and quiet, big east facing windows in the ensuite -Digital lock on the room door; big closet with mirror. -Spacious kitchen with skylight, stove with induction cooktop, refrigerator, double sink -Furnished living and dining rooms -street parking -Near Fraser St. and King Edward Ave. and bus stops -Bus 25, west-bound to UBC, offering easy access to Canada Line King Edward Station -Bus 8, southbound to Marine Drive, northbound to downtown Vancouver -Easy access to shopping, Save-on Foods (2 bus stops away; 15 – 20 mins walk), No Frills and Shoppers Drug Mart (10 – 15 mins walk) -Convenient to many shops within walking distance

I live a quiet life style and I am easy to get along with. Working full-time, I have with 2 cats. I don’t have TV or sound system, so unlikely to cause noise issues. I observe boundary and I am respectful. Viewing can be arranged for Wed. and weekends.
