Eric's room

I have an unfurnished room to rent in my home, it’s a 3 bedroom place with myself and my son living here, son is here week on week off, also have a very friendly dog. It’s a shared home type situation, shared kitchen bathroom laundry ext, two living rooms and a fairly nice backyard in the summer. The room is small but freshly painted.

I’m a 42yr old welder, I like to try to keep the place clean, my son is 8 and is here week on week off.
