The $500 rent includes utilities, then wifi is an extra $30 (no TV, though I may get one eventually). It’s in Delwood, a little south of Londonderry Mall. There’s a back yard and shared laundry with the upstairs tenants. The bedroom isn’t furnished and has no closet but the landlords said they’re getting a wardrobe to put in there. There’s also a little storage room in the unit with space left. Pets negotiable (I have a cat). Non-smoking. Move-in date is flexible.

I’m a 25-year-old female who recently moved to Edmonton after graduating from university in Ottawa. I work downtown most days. I’m friendly and like to chat and get to know people but am pretty introverted and really value peace and quiet by myself. I’d like to find someone who’s easy to get a long with and who will be respectful of the space (cleaning up after themself) and my furniture in the common areas. My cat’s sweet and well-behaved but does get loud and in the way around meal times.
