Western Road

Shared apartment, looking for someone to move into the empty room once my roommate moves out at the end of the month. Furnished aside from the bedroom, very close to Western campus by bus or car. Parking spot is additional to the building. Building is electronically locked and very quiet. Property also has a gym and rec room available to all residents. Nearby multiple grocery stores and amenities. Utilities are about $50 extra a month.

I am quiet and tend to keep to myself. Mostly focused on either my studies or work, tend to be pretty relaxed about things. I enjoy watching shows, art, reading and plants. As long as things are paid on time, I’m generally pretty laid back.
