46 year old woman looking for another female (single student or working professional) to rent a room in a bright 2 bedroom basement apartment. The individual must be trustworthy, respectful and very clean (no partiers).

Located at Pharmacy and Sheppard, close to TTC bus routes (85 Sheppard, 24 Victoria Park, 68 Warden), Food Basics, Shoppers Drug Mart, Winners, Dollarama, lots of restaurants and Wishing Well Park.

The bedroom is unfurnished (10 x 10.5 ft) with a mirror closet. Window has a privacy film on it so no one can see in from the outside.

The bathroom and kitchen will be shared. Utilities, WiFi, laundry, central AC and alarm system are all included. There is some storage space available and access to a nice backyard that has a gazebo.

Please note that an indoor cat will also be dwelling in the apartment. She is a sweet girl, but does not do well around other cats. So no other pets will be welcome and the renter must be kind to animals.

Available immediately. First and last month’s rent required. Credit and background check to be provided.

I am a professional female that works a full-time split between home and the office.

I like to keep a clean and organized home and hope to find someone that is on the same page in that department.

Family means a lot to me. Sometimes I host dinners/BBQs or a games night. The friends I do have are like family, I like to keep my circle small.

I LOVE the summer!!! During this season I spend most of my time in the backyard either working on a project, listening to music, tanning with a beverage or BBQing.
