Quite area with 20 townhomes in the complex. 10 minutes walk to West Coast Express station. You can park one car on the driveway. Shared entrance, kitchen and laundry. You have your own ensuite upstairs. I only have a mattress on the ground, but I can move a table and chair for you if you need one. You might use the TV in the living room if we get along but I’d say don’t make excessive noise after 11pm.
