We have one unfurnished bedroom available for rent as of May 1st (the furniture shown in the pictures will be out before the 1st). The bedroom has access to both WiFi and a hard-line Ethernet cable (for a computer or console).

You will have access to all shared spaces, including the living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, home gym, and backyard. As you can see from the pictures, the living room is fully furnished (and well on its way to becoming the rainforest of my dreams), and the kitchen comes equipped with appliances (fridge, stove/oven, microwave, blender, toaster, single-serve coffee maker, hand mixer), pots, pans, dinnerware, glasses, etc.

You will have access to parking - both driveway and street parking.

Fun features of the house:

Summer is fast approaching and the house has air conditioning.

For security, the front, back, and garage doors all have coded locks. You will have your own personal code and the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the only people who have codes to the house are the ones who live in it.

We have a 4 year-old dog named Hershey who is playful and snuggly, and he loves butt scratches, and playing fetch and tug. He’s great with people (babies, kids, and adults) and cats, but we’re still working on socializing him other dogs.

We have an 8 year-old cat named Xena who is normally pretty chill. She likes snuggles and attention, but only when she wants it. When she’s had enough, she will gently paw you to let you know she’s done… and if you keep going, she gets spicy and the claws come out.

The house is 420 friendly; however, any smoking (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc.) MUST be done outside.

The neighborhood:

The house is located in the Rosemont area. We are a 5-minute walk from grocery and drug stores (No Frills and Shoppers Drug Mart). We are just a couple blocks from the #1, 10, and 12 bus stops, and just a 15-minute bus ride to downtown Regina.

Rent and utilities:

Rent is $600/month with all utilities included - internet (SaskTel infiNET300), energy, power, water/sewage, and garbage/recycling pick up. Damage deposit is 1 month’s rent ($600).

My partner and I own the house and live in the basement. We share the kitchen with the upstairs roommates, but we don’t use the living room or upstairs bathroom (we only use the upstairs bathroom when it’s bath time for our dog). My partner and I both work from home. We are both fairly quiet, introverted people - in our downtime, we like to relax and play video games, go camping, hang out with our pets, etc. We do like to occasionally have friends over to play board games (if you’re interested, you’re welcome to join us). We currently have one roommate living with us - he’s also a pretty quiet, relaxed individual.
