Hello, I am looking for a roommate to split a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. 1 unfurnished room is available to rent, ideal for someone who is WFH or a students. Shared washroom, kitchen, and common room. Laundry in building on site. Free parking. $800 room, utilities and wifi split 1/2. $200 deposit needed prior to move in date. Move in as early as May 15th. Located near Sobey’s, No Frills, Giant Tiger, Recall, the London Public Library, numerous banks, restaurants and more, everything you need is close by.
Roommate preferences would be someone who is clean, respectful, and mature. Ideally someone who is friendly with a peaceful demeanour and has good communication skills.
