Chrystyn's room

We have a private room for sublet (May-August) in a shared 4 bed 1 bath house! The room has lots of natural light and hardwood floors. Rent is $650/month not including utilities. The house is across the street from the bus stop and is about a 15 minute ride to Trent campus. Off-street parking is available as well as in-unit laundry (not coin-operated).

We are a group of responsible Trent students (2 boys, 2 girls) in their upper years or pursuing graduate studies. We’re looking for a May-August sublet. Please send me a message if you would like to learn more :)
