Looking for a Roomie for next 3-6 months starting May. It’s a furnished detached house with a beautiful lawn and backyard in Pickering near the beach. You will have your own furnished room and bathroom. Shared spaces include kitchen, living, dining , laundry and basically the rest of the house. The room is in the upper level of the house( not basement). High speed internet and utilities( hydro, gas and water included).

I am a young professional women in her 30s , I own the place and there are no roomies currently. I am looking to share the place with only one another Roomie , someone who is working, mature and respectful towards the property and people. No parties allowed.
