Agronomy Road

Hi! I’m a UBC student looking to sublet my room for the summer! I live in a quiet area of campus, a five min walk from the Nest and a 5-10 min walk from the Forestry Building. In the pictures, the house isn’t fully furnished, but it will be by the time you move in! The home is a single-floor unit in a townhouse, with a nice kitchen, a great open living room to hang out, and lots of natural light. We also have a little front yard that’s perfect for a morning coffee. All in all, it’s a great spot to unwind and relax, great vibes all around. Utilities are included in the rent.
