This is a half above and below ground basement with full backyard access. There are two rooms available in this home which share a bathroom themselves. Full tally style kitchen with two fridges and plenty of storage space. We are looking for 2 people who know each other or not in the hope to rent these 2 rooms from May first until the end of August, It would be 4 full months. The photos used are from previous tenant the place is being cleaned as they move out.

There will be 2 or 3 other people living the house as well. 2 males and 1 female, we are all film students at humber college and are relaxed creative and kind people. All the roommates are tidy and respectful! We are looking for 2 people asap, but rooms are available individually.
