Under 20 minute commute to the University of Guelph by bus, and a 6-minute walk from a Zhers (grocery store). House includes a dishwasher, laundry machines, a refrigerator, a spot in the driveway for a car, and a backyard. The room has a window and steps that ensure a safe exit in case of a fire.

5 female University of Guelph students are residing in the house for the year. As roommates, they are tidy and respectful. They are very hardworking and dedicated to their programs but also enjoy going out on weekends.
