• Proximity: ~5 mins walk to North York centre station (TTC yellow line), few mins walk to Finch station and Sheppard and Younge. Few mins to major colleges, hospitals, schools etc. Bus/train stops, Nofrills, Loblaws, shopping malls, banks, restarants all nearby.
• Common spaces: Bright large living room, kitchen, balcony, bathroom.
• Laundry in the building
• All utilities and wifi included.
• Semi furnished- Mattress, closet and a small table and chair would is included.
