About the room
Hello I have a room for rent in a quiet Josephburg, AB house. The room can come with a small bed or bring your own. If you want a TV in your room you would have to bring your own. There is a small TV in the living room, with roku access. No cable TV. The internet is satellite and has been great, for regular streaming. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, 1 main floor and one in the basement. The basement is currently unfinished, but we are chipping away at it to add a room. The kitchen is on the main floor with plenty of cabinets. Utilities would be split.
About the roomies
I am a 40+ working professional, travel is occasionally required but I am home for the most part. It is just me living here, and there is plenty of space to share. If you think this may be a fit for what your looking for lets chat.
