Michael's room

I own a 3 bedroom duplex. Going through a divorce. My kids will be there every second weekend but they will be in 1 bedroom. Boys 3 and 9. If you have a car you can probably use the garage. No smoking inside.

30 male. Quiet. Works then goes to the gym most days. Full time job. Work 6 days a week. No drugs, no partying, occasionally drink. Also have a rescue pup a year old loves everyone. Responsible. I don’t need a roommate. But financial help would be nice. If needed I will be able to drop you off every morning at the LRT station
