It’s within a 5 minute walk to Sobeys, liquor store, downtown bar/restaurants and only a 7-8 min walk to Superstore. The apartment is in a very nice building and has en-suite laundry, modern amenities, private gym, and a social room. You will also have your own private bathroom (:

The ideal roommate would be a female working professional or a graduate student who is very tidy, responsible, and isn’t one to host parties as the apartment is in a senior building. Pictures of the apartment will be provided if interested.
