This is a great location in Lower Mission. It is a short walk to KGH and a slightly longer one to OC and Pandosy Village. It is close to Downtown and is 1/2 a block to Cameron Park & Ethel St Transportation Corridor (lanes for each peds, bikes, cars) running from the College to Downtown and connecting to other corridors.

This is a perfect home for KGH/IH employees, practicum placements or other mature professionals, who want a quieter, mature, respectful environment.

We are two professionals in a house (2 bed up, 2 bed down), ideally looking for another mature female. One person is in one of the at-risk groups for Covid and the other works in the hospital. As a result, we follow some Covid smarts still and are looking for the same in anyone interested. This could also be good for another person in an at-risk group for COVID.

The freshly painted south facing furnished master bedroom (11’5“x14’) is the on upper floor with a large organized closet. It is furnished with a bed, night stands, dresser, reading chair, shelving, desk & chair and large organized closet.

The kitchen and living room are furnished and the bathroom is shared with one other. There is a wood burning fireplace and a BBQ on the deck off the kitchen. All of it is fully stocked and nicely furnished – a real cost savings. Just bring your suitcase and linens, everything else is done.

My home is well kept and comfortable, and includes extras like a humidifier on the furnace, allergen furnace filters, extra sound insulation and lots more.

This offers mature living with privacy and plenty of space. An alternative to shared apartments and town homes.

The front yard has fruit trees (cherries, apricot, plum) and seating. If you like to garden, the large backyard could keep you busy. Or you could just relax in the gazebo in the summer. There is also room for a veggie garden or your own containers too if you like.

Rent is $900/month, $870 for Interior Health and BC Cancer employees and includes: Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Amazon, Netflix, Apple TV, laundry and parking permit if you have a car.

Utilities are shared and range ~$90/month.
