This beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bathroom is located 1 minute from Beaudry Metro and 8 minutes to Berri-Uqam Metro. IGA and Metro are a 7 minute walk away and Super C is a 12 minute walk. Many bars, restaurants and cafes are within a 5 minute walk as well! Balcony and garden area are accessible through our back door :)

My current roommate is moving out on June 1st so I’m looking for someone to take her room. Hydro not included and I wifi is already covered by me! Appartement is fully furnished, but the room will have to be partly furnished after current occupant moves out. Washer & dryer in unit.
