Nice newly painted bedroom with twin bed and descent sized closet in room. The home is a beautiful clean 3 bedroom townhouse corner unit with second level patio/bbq, I’ve built a fairly well-equipped home gym on the entry level that can be shared, as well as shared kitchen and living space/dining area. I have a child in the home who is a young teenager so we are quiet and want someone tidy and quiet. It is not a party household. Great for a female student attending college or university in the area. Freshly painted, new furniture in home, two bathrooms in home and laundry is available to share. Ample parking adjacent to townhouse is available and possibly a bit of space in garage for small storage items.

My child and I are quiet, we workout, we focus on a positive, healthy lifestyle without drama. I work full time days including some weekend days, my child plays soccer most of the week (my child is home every other week). I have a small dog who’s a sweetheart, We have a positive home and don’t like negative dramatic energy (had a very dramatic negative roommate previously - we don’t want that in our home again as it was very toxic due to their lifestyle choices), we also don’t want dates in the home for safety concerns. We are not a party home, this is great space for a student or professional who wants an oasis of a home and a clean, healthy, positive lifestyle around them.
