Looking for working professionals that are clean and respectful. Quiet weekdays, gathering on Friday and Saturday are okay, but just please run it through me first. Long-term renters only (minimum 1 year). First and last month rent due to secure - last months rent will be the deposit. Credit check, employment letter and recent payslips, and rental history. References if required.

You will be sharing the unit with myself and my SO, we both work M-F from about 8-6pm.

I work from home and will have a desk set up in the living room area. My SO works in office.

We own a rabbit and a dog. We can discuss pets. Limitation is that they would need to be friendly with both the rabbit and the dog (I.e., please don’t eat my rabbit). Condo bylaws limit me to only one additional pet.

Condo is NOT smoking or cannabis friendly.
