Hey! I’m the current owner of the house and looking to find someone suitable as a roommate for the empty second bedroom in my townhouse.

The house was built in 2013, off Maple Grove Road near the Canadian Tire Centre. House has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry, modern appliances and a garage. Driveway can accommodate a second car and street parking is also available. Looking for someone to rent for the summer months (May-Aug) at least, or longer. Utilities are extra and would be split between us.

About me: 27 year old guy from out of town. Moved to Ottawa a few years ago after University and now work as a public servant in Ottawa. I work shifts so ideally hoping for someone that can work with me being up/asleep random times of the day. I consider myself pretty laid back, and I spend my free time camping/hiking, watching TV and hanging out with friends. Usually it’s just me around the house but occasionally I’ll have friends over (pets included!). I am allergic to cats unfortunately but dogs are totally okay!
