There is one kitchen upstairs and another downstairs. There are also 3 other rooms available in the house, so this rental would be perfect for groups!
10 minute bike to Uvic, the bus stop on Tyndall is a 3 minute walk away and goes directly to Uvic and Camosun.
The room will technically be a sublet until the end of August, however you will have the option to sign on to the 1 year lease in September and stay long-term! $862.75 per month + internet and hydro
