Courtney's room

The room over looks the balcony which faces north, you can still get sunsets in which is nice. 3 large windows in room plus a mirrored closet. The room is unfurnished but has ample space to fit a desk, bed and more. The bathroom has a stand up shower in it and also is unfurnished. The living room is very much a shared space as is the kitchen. The house is very much cat oriented (he tries to get into things, on the counter, meows, toys everywhere) the cat is friendly but is very important to me so his safety is my priority.

I’m Courtney, the main tenet of this place, I’m 24 and am currently a full time student who works part time at a casino. I live with my 25 year old boyfriend who is also a full time student who works part time. We enjoy staying in a lot and just enjoying a homely space. Sometimes we go out but most times we stay in. We are both very respectful for others space, especially noise in early and late days. We have one cat named RatsenPatsen and he rules the roost. Someone who doesn’t like cats or can’t tolerate cat behaviours will have a hard time living here.
