Peverill Court

A private room is available in quiet and clean 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is a 3 level house and the room is on the top floor. Washer and dryer are available in the house and included in the rent. One outdoor private parking space is also included in the rent. Rent also includes high speed internet and utilities. We will provide one queen bed in the room. Room is spacious and has a closet as well. The room is for one person only. For religious reasons, only vegetarian food is allowed in the house. Sorry but no pets.

The house will be shared with 2 other persons. I live in the other room of the house. I am friendly and clean person. I expect the tenant to maintain general cleanliness in their room and the common area of the house.
