Great location, 5 min walk to eglinton subway station, close to malls, 24/hr shoppers, grocery stores Rent is all inclusive - Wifi, Utilities, gym in building Partial use of storage locker may be available aswell NO PARKING - if you want parking that has to be arranged on your own terms First and last required as well as 100$ FOB deposit (will be returned to you when you return the fob)

You will be living with my Roommate Gift - she is really friendly, quiet and WFH on weekdays. And very clean!
