Abigail's room

Hello Everyone, I am looking for a female roommate as my current roommate is moving back home end of April. Available May 1st to end of August or longer. Rent is $1100 plus half of wifi and hydro.

My place is a 2 bedroom apartment located on the top floor (floor 3) and is newly renovated, has a balcony with a beautiful view of the city and mountains. Room is unfurnished but common areas will be furnished. It’s located in Fernwood and is a 15 minute walk to downtown and a 20 minute bus ride to UVic and Camosun.

I am currently attending Pacific Design Academy for their 2 year Interior Design program, which is located Downtown. I am looking for a clean, friendly and quiet individual to share my apartment with.
